He was taken to hospital but died nine days after the attack.
At Nottingham Crown Court Mr Justice Flaux said the attack was "yet another example of mindless and gratuitous violence"."

Thirty months means he will be out in fifteen at most - for killing an innocent man.
Tony Martin served far more for killing a scumbag.

Or how about THIS fine piece of work by another judge with no grasp of what justice really is:

Joseph Mjemer, who arrived in the UK as a stowaway in 2003, was held by Home Office officials as they tried to establish his country of origin....

He was jailed a number of times before being taken into "administrative custody" in 2007 because officials feared he would abscond if freed while officials tried to establish where he came from."

The parasite shouldn't be getting a single penny. What he should be getting is a short ride in a C130; about five miles out to sea then kicked off the loading ramp at 5,000 feet.
